Operations Partner for Growing Businesses
I'm Esther, and I am the right-hand operations partner for growing agencies and startup founders who are ready to stop holding everything together alone.
When projects stall, teams lack accountability, and everything feels harder than it should, I step in to bring structure, clarity, and execution to the business behind your vision.
You focus on leading.
I make sure the business actually runs.

You started your business because you were good at what you do.Maybe it began as something on the side. Maybe one client turned into several, and before you knew it, you were running a business. But growth brought complexity.
Projects take longer than they should.
Your team is not always clear on what they own.
Clients are waiting for updates.
And everything still seems to come back to you.
You are not short on ideas or ambition.
But at some point, the business needs more than effort.
It needs structure.
Not an assistant. Not someone waiting for instructions.I work as a right-hand partner to founders who need someone to take ideas and turn them into structured execution. That means:
Bringing clarity to messy projects
Creating systems that support consistency
Holding teams accountable to real timelines
Identifying what is not working and fixing it
I care about how the business performs and how the founder experiences it.
Because growth should not come at the cost of constant overwhelm.
Most businesses do not struggle because of bad ideas.
They struggle because operations have not caught up with growth.
When I step in, the work usually moves through three stages.
01
Stabilize
We start by identifying what is slowing things down and bringing immediate clarity.
Projects begin to move.
The team understands what is expected.
You are no longer the only one holding everything together.
02
Structure
Next, we build the systems behind the work.
Projects are tracked clearly.
Roles and responsibilities are defined.
Execution becomes consistent instead of reactive.
03
Scale
With structure in place, growth becomes sustainable.
The team operates with more independence.
New initiatives move faster.
You have the space to focus on leadership and direction.

MysticqueRose Publishing Services
Helping a founder grow from freelancer to agency owner with
systems that support scale.

I started my career as a virtual assistant, supporting founders with the day-to-day tasks that keep a business running.
But very quickly, I realized the real challenge wasn't the tasks. It was the systems behind them.
Where It Started
At a publishing company, I stepped into the role of marketing manager and built the marketing department from scratch. I created the systems that supported book launches, workshops, and virtual events.
When systems are strong, businesses grow. When they're not, everything becomes harder than it should be.
What Running My Own Agency Taught Me
I ran my own email marketing agency, working with service providers to build campaigns and grow their audience. That's where I saw how quickly things fall apart without structure.
How I Work Today
Today, I work as an operations partner for growing businesses — helping founders turn ideas into structured execution.
Outside of Work
When I'm not thinking about systems and workflows, you'll probably find me journaling, planning a road trip, exploring new food, or doing something that supports my wellness and energy.
Things work best when they're taken care of properly.
